About the Workshop

Are you quick to judge yourself?

Do you find yourself constantly at odds - part of you wants this, part of you wants that?

How would it be to be able to meet the many faces of you with a sense of acceptance?

When you are at conflict with yourself it makes it nearly impossible to make soul aligned decisions, to live and move from a place of trust.

From the moment you are born you are imprinted with the ideas, opinions and perceptions of others. This is where the journey of fragmentation begins.

You build upon these ideas and create a life around them despite the fact that they are NOT YOUR TRUTH. And then wonder why you feel like something is lacking.

The journey home to wholeness begins by turning off your autopilot settings, choosing to see yourself and your shadows with eyes wide open.

It takes a willness to acknowledge the parts and peices, the inner conflict, from a place of embodied objectivity, so that you can begin to unravel and reweave your story based on a deeper truth.

That is what this workshop is all about. In it I will share powerful practices and questions to help you navigate the places of inner conflict that are repeating outgrown paradigm.

In this two and a half hour workshop you will:

  • Use embodied practices to turn towards your shadow and meet inner conflict.
  • Lean into the support of a safe and sacred container to confront the parts of you that are most challenging.
  • Be guided towards deep learning and integration so that you can begin to make decisions from a place of discernment.
  • Explore the 5 steps to my Inner Alchemy Path of Transformation

In this co-created space there will be an opportunity for us to delve into self enquiry, share with each others and learn from the collective experiences.  We will use movement and embodiment practices to gain a different perspective of ourselves and integrate our experience in a way that helps us to come home to what is true.

This circle will be held online in a safe and sacred container on Zoom. To receive the full power of this activated journey I ask that you show up with the intention to be real, vulnerable and willing to dive deep. Much of my facilitated circles are centred around the philosophy that "you have to say it and feel it in order to heal it."

Bookings are essential and places are limited so that we can create an intimate connection with each other. This booking page is only available until the 18th June, so please do not leave your registration until the last minute!

If you are feeling the call to dive deep, connect to the wisdom of your wholesome Self RSVP now.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

xx Jade
