As women, we all have parts of us that make us go ‘erhhh…’ and sadly, so much of our energy is consumed by focusing on them. Whether we are trying to fix, improve, change, silence, hide, or beat them down, too much energy goes into what we don’t love about ourselves…

In this two day retreat the focus is to soften your need to judge, label or compare. You will be invited into embodied explorations that gently help you to unveil and embrace all that you are; to be yourSelf, whole-heartedly and unapologetically.

• A daily schedule that includes classes and resources to help you deepen your relationship with Self - sound healing in the Sanctuary, Breathwork, Embodied Movement through Open Floor practices, deep Sharing Circles and a Cacao Ceremony for heart-centred exploration.
• A trauma sensitive environment facilitated by an experience and dedicated Holistic Therapist

RETREAT PRICING

PRICES FROM: $370 – $560 all inclusive.

Single rooms are available, but limited and are first come first serve. Otherwise rooms are twin share with or without an ensuite and prices reflect this. Prices are ALL INCLUSIVE, meals, accommodation, use of Mana facilities and daily schedule. 

There are two options for payment, bank transfer and credit card. If you are paying with credit or debit card can you please also select the surcharge ticket aswell... this amount covers the fees that I am charged and rather than having to put the prices up for everyone this makes it optional. I appreicate your understanding.

Shared with Shared Bath = $450

Shared with Ensuite = $500

Private Room with Shared bathroom + $520
