Sacred Sunday Cacao Circle ONLINE - New Moon in Gemini

Are you in need of a sacred space where you can be held and supported in your own self-care?

In today's grind culture, it is all too easy for sacred moments with ourselves to give way to the demands of others and our 'busy schedules'. And when a moment to pause comes along, we fill it with mindless scrolling or Netflix.

What would your Sunday look like if you started the day in ceremony?

A moment to pause, breathe and attune.

This is a space where you can show up, just as you are. You don't have to turn your video on so you might even show up in your pajamas!

Together we will:

SLOW DOWN - Open our awareness to the seen and unseen forces that are supporting us and take a moment to tune into what is moving in us - through creative writing, movement or quiet contemplation.

The intention is that this space can provide options for you to meet yourself and your needs in the ways you need it the most. You may:

• sip cacao - or any other kind of warm nourishing drink
• bring a journal and pen
• set up a sacred space, at home... outdoors... join us from the comfort of bed or listen while you go for a walk

With the support of the lunar cycles we will journey from the point of illumination (Full Moon in Sagittarius) into darkness (New Moon in Gemini) - coming to rest on the shortest day of the year, Winter Solstice. The themes of this planetary energy will inspire our self-enquiry.

You are welcome to join us for one or all of these circles.

When you reserve your seat you will receive an email with the link for our Zoom room and any other information that might help you prepare for our time together.

There are three options for payment:

SUPPORTED ACCESS - $15 For those with limited financial resources who will benefit from community-supported access.

FAIR ACCESS - $20 For those with sufficient financial resources and who can pay fair value for the experience.

REBALANCING ACCESS - $25 For those with a desire to support access for others to help rebalance systemic inequity.
