About the Workshop
Natural awakening, exploration of our Yin textures, through movement, conscious breath and intuition. With the intention of reflection and surrender, in light of the Pisces New Moon energy.
We will have mats and bolsters available and encourage you to bring along anything else that may support you and make you comfortable - perhaps a couple of blankets and a couple of couch cushions.
Places for this Divine Yin practice are limited so please RSVP to confirm you will be joining us.
