Therapeutic bodywork spans far beyond traditional massage, although that is where my healing journey began, nearly 20 years ago. It weaves together science and the sacred - the foundations of which are fostered in a deep understanding of our physical body, physiology and anatomy, coupled with a trauma informed lens and ceremonial approach to touch.

Tending to the physical body in this way is, for me, a Ritual.

 

My journey of healing began with formal training in remedial massage and from there weaved a path through ancient healing traditions that integrate the process of bodywork with the mind, emotions and spirit.

​

This integrated approach includes a range of massage therapy techniques, Remedial, Swedish, Ayurvedic, Tibetan, Thai, Chinese & Japanese Accupressure, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Aromatherapy, Prenatal and Reflexology combined with sound healing and reiki.

Most importantly, each treatment that I offer is ceremonial in its nature and is reverent to the beauty, wonder and unlimited healing potential of the human body.
