Ancestral Wounds & Wisdom: Online Women's Workshop

How many times have you silenced yourself? or been silenced by another?

How often do you suppress your own gifts for fear of judgement?

How often do you celebrate your body, your sensuality, your deepest desires?

For centuries women have been denied their truth. Our female-animal instincts have been denied and suppressed then replaced by false, externally imposed rules and ideas about who we really are and how we should be in the world.

As we seek to reconnect to the depths of our own sacred truth, we are called to remember HER-story.

It is not a question of returning to the past but one of awakening the instinctual senses and the empowerment that we need to be able to act on what our bodies know to be true.

It is all here, in our blood and bones, we just have to see through the veil and remember.

In this 2.5-hour women's circle we will:

• tap into the myths and mysteries of the past
• turn towards behaviours of suppression that are holding us back from sharing our gifts with the world
• awaken to the insights and gifts of our own Divine Feminine nature

This circle will be held online in a safe and sacred container on Zoom. To receive the full power of this activated journey I ask that you show up with the intention to be real, vulnerable and willing to dive deep. Much of my facilitated circles are centred around the philosophy that "you have to say it and feel it in order to heal it."

By the way, Samhain, all hallow's eve, is another example of re-cultured her-story. Once a sacred sabbath honouring the thinning of the veil between worlds where women gathered in circles to open to intuitive guidance and psychic awareness. Now a commercial celebration that fictionises our intuitive gifts with costumes and is celebrated at the wrong time of the year (for those of us ‘down-under'.)

Let us harness this lunar sabbath and the energies that support us in accessing the wisdom of the past and shedding the layers that we have outgrown. And while we are at it, we can (re)claim HER-story and this sacred day!

Extra Information to Help you Prepare

We will be moving, making sounds and sharing our stories, it is important that you have a private space that can support you. 

If you have not used Zoom before, the set up is pretty simple and creating an account is free. I recommend that you log in using a computer so that you can see everyone's faces (you will only see 3 faces on a mobile phone). 

What To Prepare on the Day?

• A water bottle or a cuppa
• A private space where you can sit comfortably, stand up and move around, make noises and share intimately. 
• A journal for self-reflection
• Whatever else will make you comfortable.
• An open heart, a sense of curiosity and a willingness to share & connect with others.
