Stop the Clock

Are you feeling stuck, empty or disconnected?

Are you moving through life on auto-pilot getting things done but missing the magic moments along the way?

Are you ready to stop the clock, take a deep breath and find your inner peace?

 Time to Explore

Imagine having 3 days and an abundance of resources to help you explore some of the deeper questions driving your life. Explore what you really want, what is holding you back, what makes you feel alive and what you are ready to let go of. Dare to know yourself.

 Time to Replenish

Let go of your list of things-to-do, and need to care for any one other than yourself. This is a long weekend for serious self love and self care. Reclaim a sense of wholeness and freedom as you tune into your quiet inner landscape and restore balance to your mind, body and soul.

Coming Home is about coming home to yourself, meeting yourself just as you are, with kindness, stepping into love, exhaling, and resting. This retreat allows you, to step out of the complexity of life, the engagement, the distraction and to listen deeply to your body, mind, and spirit. With spaciousness and companionship, we encourage you to delve deeper, to meet your resistances with curiosity, love, and tenderness – to journey deeply with your perfectly imperfect self.

This organic, home-grown retreat is hosted and held by the team here at Mana. We provide a caring environment and a daily schedule with resources for self-exploration. Our team will lead a series of soulful sessions to encourage you to deepen your own personal practice or try something new. From conscious movement to sound healing, days in silence to shared community discussions, there will be a range of inspiration for you to integrate into your own Coming Home journey.

Rebecca Leaker Yoga provides a pathway for deep self-discovery and transformation from the inside out. It provides practical tools for everyday life so that we can be the best version of ourselves on and off the mat. I am passionate about making the ancient science of yoga accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and levels of experience. I have been practising yoga for 23 years and have experience teaching beginner, intermediate and private classes, preconception and pregnancy yoga, workshops, workplace yoga, meditation, yoga for children, yoga for people experiencing mental health issues, at festivals, and for students over 70. Our practice is to explore yoga with humour, playfulness, and compassion, to learn more about ourselves, the way, and why we do things if our patterns are serving us and other ways we may approach situations. Then the real magic occurs when we take lessons learnt on the mat into our daily lives. I bring this understanding and compassion to my role as a yoga teacher and am passionate about making yoga accessible to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. I give a portion of my yoga earnings to inspiring projects responding to social and environmental issues with practical, innovative solutions.

Pippa Le Lievre

“Dancing is my passion, the process is my life”

Dancing feels like the most natural thing for my body to do. The movement requires no study, no skill, it is simply pure joy in moving my body. Finding myself at my first 5Rhythms class taught by Geordie Jahner in 2008 was like coming home. I knew straight away that I had found ‘it’! I had found my soul’s way to express itself fully and completely. With no limits and no judgement…it was pure joy! Now, a teacher of Open Floor Dance on the Coromandel Peninsula since 2016, I teach weekly classes and a variety of Workshops around New Zealand and Yoga Festivals.
