Are you feeling stuck, empty or disconnected?

Are you moving through life on auto-pilot getting things done but missing the magic moments along the way?

Are you ready to stop the clock, take a deep breath and find your inner peace?

Imagine having 3 days and an abundance of resources to help you explore some of the deeper questions driving your life. Explore what you really want, what is holding you back, what makes you feel alive and what you are ready to let go of.

Time to Replenish

Let go of your list of things-to-do, and need to care for any one other than yourself. This is a long weekend for serious self love and self care. Reclaim a sense of wholeness and freedom as you tune into your quiet inner landscape and restore balance to your mind, body and soul.

Come Home To Yourself Retreat 

Coming Home is about coming home to yourself, meeting yourself just as you are, with kindness, stepping into love, exhaling, and resting. This retreat allows you, to step out of the complexity of life, the engagement, the distraction and to listen deeply to your body, mind, and spirit. With spaciousness and companionship, we encourage you to delve deeper, to meet your resistances with curiosity, love, and tenderness – to journey deeply with your perfectly imperfect self.

This space will provide a caring environment and a daily schedule with resources for self-exploration. I will lead a series of soulful sessions to encourage you to deepen your own personal practice or try something new. From conscious movement to sound healing, days in silence to shared community discussions, there will be a range of inspiration for you to integrate into your own Coming Home journey.



This is a draft schedule and is likely to change, however may help to give you an overview of how the weekend will flow.


4:00 PM Check in to your room and take some to unload

6:00 PM Dinner

7:15 PM Welcome and gentle relaxation practice


7-8am A gentle QiGong practice to start your day and awaken your mind and body.

8:00 AM Breakfast in silence

10-11:30am Cacao Ceremony to connect to your heart guidance and an intention for your retreat.

1-2pm LUNCH

4:30-6pm A mindful movement practice to unite the body and mind through breath.

6-7pm DINNER

7:15-8:15pm Sound Healing journey. Prepare to rest deeply.


7-8am A soulful morning stretch to inspire you to rise up into your fullness.

10-11:30am Open Floor Dance/embodied movement exploration to expand into Love.

1-2pm LUNCH

4:30-6pm Pilgramage to Sanctuary, Kirtan (chanting circle) and guided Labryinth walk

6-7pm DINNER

7:15-8:15pm Fire Circle to sit under the stars and softly release that which is no longer serving


10-11:30am Closing Sharing Circle and resources to take home.

12:30-1:30 LUNCH and departure

*room allocations are on a first come first served basis. We will do my best to accommodate your needs within the scope of what is available. Massage will be available on the weekend at an additional expense.
