Community Dance at Mana

Arrive into a safe space where you can meet yourSelf just as you are.

This dance floor provides a place for you to move with all that is moving in you.

There are no dance moves. No-thing to learn. Just you, your body, your breath, your sweat... and of course a community of like hearted beings who are experiencing their own movement medicine.

Whether this is a new practice for you, or you have been dancing for decades, I welcome your wisdom and presence into this co-created space. As a Open Floor Teacher in Training it is my hope that we can be a source of inspiration for each other.

Classes are $18-20

WHAT TO BRING:

◇ A water bottle to stay hydrated.

◇ Sensible shoes to dance on grass (if you are not called to be barefoot).

◇ Layers to keep warm.

◇ A journal and pen if you feel called.

◇ An open heart, a sense of curiosity and a willingness to share & connect with others.
