Embodied Manifestation: A Movement as Medicine Class in AUCKLAND

The New Year is often a time when we get swept up in the conventional process of setting resolutions and writing lists of all the things we want to achieve in the coming year. This end goal focus doesn't allow much space for the fluidity of life to carry us. 

As we settle into the flow of 2023 this Open Floor Workshop will offer an invitation to explore the nature of our embodied wisdom and hopefully, get to the root of what is truly meaningful and how we can cultivate more of that in our lives.

Together we will sip cacao, deepen our awareness of our body, emotions, mind and soul before embarking on a 90 minute movement exploration into 'Embodied Manifestation'.

This dance floor provides a place for you to move with all that is moving in you.

There are no dance moves. No-thing to learn. Just you, your body, your breath... and of course a community of like hearted beings who are experiencing their own movement medicine.

Whether this is a new practice for you, or you have been dancing for decades, I welcome your wisdom and presence into this co-created space. As a Open Floor Teacher in Training it is my hope that we can be a source of inspiration for each other.
