About the Workshop
What does balance mean to you?
What does it look like, feel like, sound like?
Most importantly, in what ways can you culitvate more rhythm and flow in your life?
Like the changing seasons, life is cyclical, and so are we.
In this modern world, it is easy for many of us to feel loosely bonded to the world's cycles. As many of our duties tend to stay the same through both summer and winter, the equinoxes and solstices may carry little weight.
Yet the seasons do shift, daylight waxes, and wanes, and, sometimes extravagantly and often subtly, nature changes her face.
As we greet the Equinox we are guided by the balance of night and day to find our own inner circadian rhythm. To celebrate the dance of life and find our flow between work, rest and play; our inner world and the outter.
In this 2 hour ceremony we will be invited to:
🧡 Rest, reflect and connect to our sacred depths, with the help of our plant medicine guide, Cacao.
🧡 Move with the changing seasons in our lives and reflect on the role balance plays.
🧡 Harvest the wisdom gained from a fruitful Summer and discover what we need (on a Soul level) to prepare ourselves for the shorter days to come.
🧡 Take a moment to celebrate all that we have given and received, created and manifested.
With the support of Cacao and holistic embodiment practices like breathwork, shamanic journeying, movement exploration and time in Nature, this ritual will call upon the energies of the Autumn Equinox to help us regain balance, and create space for our hearts guidance to come into being.
Please bring something (an object) symbolic of Autumn with you.
This Cacao Ceremony is offered on a sliding scale, $20-40 please koha what you can afford.
We will be gathering at my home. And I highly recommend car pooling if you can.
* I appreciate it if you can please RSVP so I can make sure there is sufficient cacao for everyone.

Important Information
We will be gathering outdoors. I recommend bringing...
◇ A water bottle to stay hydrated.
◇ Layers to keep warm and sit on.
◇ A journal and pen.
◇ An open heart, a sense of curiosity and a willingness to share & connect with others.
To receive the full power of the Cacao it is suggested to not eat a big meal prior to the ceremony and avoid any other morning stimulants (like coffee). It will also be encouraged to drink lots of water following the ceremony to stay hydrated and support in the assimilation of the cacao throughout the day.
* You do not have to drink Cacao to attend and receive blessings from this ceremony, herbal tea will be available as an alternative, please let me know when booking if this is your preference. *
