Sacred Selfcare for Women | ONLINE Workshop

Coming together in ceremony reminds us of the interconnectedness of all Beings and all things, and helps us to see the bigger picture from a heart centred place. For many of us, we spend a lot of time in our heads, navigating life's decisions with logic and reasoning - this workshop is an invitation to return to our centre, to lean into a sense of spaciousness and replenishment amidst the busy-ness of our lives so that we can soften our minds and listen to the wisdom of our body.

Self-care is a broad concept, during this workshop we will help to define what self-care means for you. Together we will celebrate all of the great things you are doing to tend to your own needs, and explore the areas of your well-being where you could use a little more energy.

From finding balance between our Divine feminine and masculine nature, to traversing 8 paths that will lead towards a more wholesome sense of wellness and spiritual fulfilment this retreat will leave you feeling nurtured and connected. 

We will be offering a series of videos in our online women's circle, a private facebook group which will explore the nature of Sacred Well-being in the lead up to this online event, we invite you to join us > 

This is an intimate gathering which will be hosted on Zoom, places are limited and bookings are essential. You might like to download Zoom to your desktop or mobile in preparation, it is free to use as a guest to our workshop.
