Winter Solstice Evening Embodied Movement Exploration

This evening dance is a rare opportunity to be wrapped in the golden glow of candle light and a warming fire, as we move with the yielding energies of Winter Solstice.

A shorter class than our usual Tuesdays, you will be invited to move gently, listen deeply and open to a place of equanimity within yourself.

It would be wonderful to share this special, seasonal celebration with you.

◇ An open heart, a sense of curiosity and a willingness to share & connect with others.
