Earth Day Cacao & Dance Under the Stars

As Earth Keepers and co-creators of this world it is a our sacred responsibility to attune to Nature's wisdom, and hold the sacred dream of a planet where all beings can know peace and the rivers and air are clean.

Let us dance this dream with our feet on the grass and the stars in the sky above us. 

Let us attune to life-force of Mother Earth through our breath, heartbeat, felt sense and primordial centre.

Come and join me for my first, official dance as and Open Floor Teacher in Training!! 🙌

In this one and half hour medicine dance we will:

♡ Move our bodies to a vibrant soundscape and feel the ground that supports us. 

♡ Awaken our earth-heart connection with Cacao as our Master Plant guide.

♡ Lean into the support of common-unity and the seen (and unseen) forces that help to sustain us.

♡ Dance our prayers and blessings.

I welcome your koha/donation, whatever feels fair and affordable to you in exchange for this experience.

We will be gathering at my home. And I highly recommend car pooling if you can.

Important Information

We will be gathering and dancing outdoors. Naturally, this means we are weather dependant and if it is pouring down we will have to postpone.

I recommend bringing...

◇ A water bottle to stay hydrated.

◇ Sensible shoes to dance on grass (if you are not called to be barefoot).

◇ Layers to keep warm.

◇ A journal and pen if you feel called.

◇ An open heart, a sense of curiosity and a willingness to share & connect with others.
